We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within 14 days of delivery

  • Please return item in same condition received and by same method used to send to you including insurance for full value if applicable.

  • A 2.9% credit card processing fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee is a non-refundable fee charged to us.

  • Other returns handled on a case by case basis with a nominal fee for repairs or restringing and appropriate mailing costs. Usually there is no charge to lengthen or shorten.

  • Please request a cancellation within 6 hours of purchase.

Shipping

We usually ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with a tracking number that you will receive via email. If you need faster delivery, please let me know before you pay and I can adjust for the additional cost. As soon as I receive your payment, I will ship your purchase within 1-2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL customers will pay only the ACTUAL shipping cost and we include handling as part of our service. The listed costs are based on First Class Mail International rates. Customs and duty costs are paid by the buyer.
